• Any traffic fines, challans, or damage to the car during the rental period is the customer’s responsibility.

• Smoking, illegal activities, or overloading the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

• We ensure our cars are well-maintained and insured, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable breakdowns.

• In rare cases of unavoidable vehicle issues, we may provide an alternative vehicle or refund.

5. Policy Changes
